Got bored and got this forum converted to Zetaboards <_<

I dug through the forum TOS we had before, and fixed some pretty nasty flaws and reworded it to try and be at least a little more 'friendly'.

Major changes:

Reworded and elaborated on pornographic material.
The 'no racism' rule has been expanded to include nationalities and beliefs. There were a lot of previous occasions where serious insults have gotten off with a lot less than they should of because 'X group aren't technically a race'. (In particular, these incidents regarded the Jewish and Canadians.)

Replaced numbers with hyphens, because hypens look cooler and numbers make it feel like you're in preschool or something. More of a personal taste thing, but eh.

Noted that any forms of advertising count as spam.

Added a strict no-shock-sites rule.

Harassment now covers attacking someone over an instant messenger over something regarding the boards.

Added a long-missing rule regarding abuse of administrative/moderator powers.

As it says, these rules aren't in effect YET, as I feel they need to have the community (or lack thereof) take a look over it for me.

PS. Riku, I don't care if you think they're gay, as you are likely to say. I'm not going to change them just to suit your flamey needs.

Just some small changes that I made while probing around the ACP -

- FH (and all future General Moderators) will have control over the Spam Forum. This is to fill the spot I previously had. FH, if you want your color changed, lemme know.

-There are a lot (and I mean a LOT) of unseen forum categories. Most of these will be deleted. I also accidentally nuked the Junk Forum. << >> All forums regarding Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic: The Gathering have been deleted. You guys can't see them, but I can, and they're a pain in the arse since no one's using them.
