The following is the current draft for Central's rules. As of now, it is NOT in effect. It is merely here for review by the memberbase and staff for before it goes into full effect. However, don't think this doesn't mean there are no rules. I expect all members and staff to use their common sense for now. Central Forums Terms of Service - No excessive trolling, flaming, et cetera. Regarding this rule, use common sense. Unless someone is -honestly- trying to offend you, let it slide. If it offends you anyway, just ask them to stop before flipping out and bugging the Administration. - No pornographic material. Again, use common sense. As a general rule, nudity counts in terms of this rule, as does any forms of hentai. - Do -not- post shock sites, ever. In addition, if I catch you PMing shock sites to anyone, without their consent you'll be in even more trouble. Anyone who posts shock sites will be warned and have their post immediately deleted. - Do not spam. Do not advertise. In the future there may or may not be a forum where respected members may post their sites, but for the time being, no. If you want to affiliate, pop one of the admins a PM. - Blatant insults regarding racism, nationality, or beliefs are an even bigger no-no than your typhical flame. See the statement about common sense above. - Do not harass anyone, ever, in any way. - As a general rule, mods have the final say regarding whatever forum they are assigned. If feel a moderator has treated you unfairly, contact administration through PMs, so long as you aren't going to be full of BS about it. - Mods, Admins, do not abuse your powers. If someone is demoted, banned, or has their thread locked/deleted, you better have a good reason, or you might find yourself without a staff position.
